POST Add Manager​

/campaign-pro-settings/managers
Add a WordPress user as a FluentCRM manager with specific permissions. The user must already exist in WordPress. Permission dependencies are validated before assignment.
Required capability: fcrm_manage_settings or manage_options — which one applies depends on the action being performed.
Enforced by ManagerPolicy::verifyRequest(), the policy default for this route group.
Requires: FluentCampaign Pro. Without it the route does not exist.
